Department of Human Services Pharmacy Prior Authorization of Lynkuet (elinzanetant) Capsule

The Department of Human Services (Department) announces it will add Lynkuet (elinzanetant) capsule to the Medical Assistance (MA) Program's list of services and items requiring prior authorization.

The MA Program will require prior authorization of all prescriptions for Lynkuet (elinzanetant) capsule dispensed on or after November 10, 2025.

Procedures for obtaining prior authorization of prescriptions for Lynkuet (elinzanetant) capsule are included in the MA Bulletin ''Clinical Prior Authorization of Non-PDL Drugs—Pharmacy Services'' issued by the Department on June 30, 2023, to providers enrolled in the MA Program.
