PAMED is pleased to offer physician coaching services to Pennsylvania physicians through a collaboration with CBA, Inc. Choose from three packages based on your needs.

Individual services are delivered virtually using technology such as Zoom or another comparable platform for effective and efficient support that provides you with a new set of tools to use in your professional development and with your leadership team. Team services are a combination of virtual and onsite, however, fully virtual can be designed.

Individual Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment
The CliftonStrengths Assessment is a tool that helps individuals to discover their natural talents. Applying talent insights improves self-awareness and drives more effective day-to-day leadership decisions. Individuals that can use their talents in their everyday lives are 6x as likely to be engaged in their work, and 3x as likely to report an excellent quality of life. Catherine Baumgardner brings nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership, operational and academic experience to her coaching work. She has held senior healthcare executive roles and has extensive experience in leadership development, organizational strategy and physician leadership.

A Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Catherine works with physicians and healthcare leaders to build self-awareness, navigate workplace challenges and strengthen individual and team performance.
