The PAMED Board of Trustees recently gathered for their annual retreat, spending dedicated time strengthening leadership, deepening collaboration, and building trust as a unified team. Through interactive sessions led by leadership consultant Jolene Pickens and longtime PAMED partner Rebekah Apple, Trustees explored their individual strengths, the science of trust, and how to carry this momentum into the year ahead.

Trustees also emphasized how valuable it was to spend time together informally, strengthening collegiality and connection that directly supports their work on behalf of members.

The Board is committed to strengthening engagement with PAMED members, and your insights are an important part of that effort.

We’d love to hear from you!

  • Have you used CliftonStrengths or similar tools? If you’ve seen these assessments improve teamwork in your practice or organization, the Board would love to learn from your experience. You can reach out to me, the Board Chairs, or your district Trustee through the PAMED Board of Trustees webpage
  • Interested in helping shape PAMED communications? The Board is exploring a Communications Task Force to better connect with member groups. If you’d like to get involved, let me know through the Connect With Me form.
