PCCJR Releases Guide to Judicial Retention Election

The Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform (PCCJR) has released its guide to the upcoming Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election. On November 4^th, three of the seven members of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will face a “yes” or “no” vote as to whether each should receive a second ten-year term on the Commonwealth’s highest court. Justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty and David Wecht are the jurists subject to the retention vote.
