PAMED Partners with La Salle University

Physicians looking to expand their business acumen can now earn a master’s degree or certificate with a tuition discount.

Through a new partnership between the Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) and La Salle University, a new opportunity has been created for PAMED members, employees, and immediate family members to pursue a master’s degree from the School of Business, among other certificate programs.

La Salle offers several programs that add value to any medical degree. With this new partnership, society members will receive a 10% discount on the program of their choice upon admission.

Business and healthcare are two industries that often overlap, with physicians who run private practices frequently finding themselves needing assistance managing the business aspects of their practice, some expressing interest in business related careers within healthcare, and others wanting to transition into an administrative leadership role. 

La Salle's School of Business provides an education that is more than a credential. It equips students with the skills needed to lead with ethics, compassion, and knowledge to make a real-world impact. PAMED members will have with the confidence, integrity, and practical experience needed for the next stage in their careers.
