Independent Regulatory Review Commission State Board of Nursing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and Fees

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) will consider Regulation 16A-5145: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and Fees at a public hearing scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 10AM. IRRC's public meetings are held at 555 Walnut Street, 8th Floor, Harrisburg, PA.

Regulation 16A-5145 amends existing regulations to recognize and license certified registered nurse anesthetists, updates provisions relating to licensure by endorsement and mandatory child abuse education and training, and updates reactivation fee provisions for clinical nurse specialists.
