Health Care Cost Containment Council Special Reports and Requests for Data

The Health Care Cost Containment Council (Council) is required to publish a list of all special reports and data that have been prepared during the previous calendar year. This bulletin includes a summary of the reports and requests for data generated by the Council in calendar year 2025 (see link below). The data files and list of data fields that are included in the standard public use files are located on the Council's website at www.phc4.org (select ''Purchase Customized Data,'' then select ''Available Data and Pricing'').
