Catch-Up and Early MMR Vaccination Recommendations During Measles Outbreaks

Between April and June 22, 2026, the Pennsylvania Health Department confirmed 61 measles cases across Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. Early, accelerated and catch-up MMR vaccinations are indicated for people living or visiting these areas. Maintain a high index of suspicion for measles in patients presenting with fever and rash, especially in those who are unvaccinated. Read more.
