Physician Wellness and Burnout: We are the Solution NOT the Problem

Last Updated: Mar 2, 2023

A CME Webinar Series Developed by Washington County Medical Society

Watch this WCMS Physician Wellness and Burnout Series Intro

Burnout has become focused on the individual and a physician’s level of resilience rather than looking at the impacts culture and system wellness have on the individual.  All members are invited to join physician wellness advocates Caitlin Matthis, DO and Desiree Yetter, DO for a 3-part webinar series in which they delve into three domains of wellness – Culture of Medicine, System Wellness, and Individual Wellness. The goal of this series is to bring different specialties, generations, and locations together to discuss burnout in a meaningful way and to identify impactful changes that empower physicians to advocate for their own well-being, as well as for others around them.

All webinars will be conducted through Zoom from 7-8 p.m. Pre-register now to participate.
