HOD Alert: Now is the Time to Reserve Your Hotel Accommodations

The 2025 House of Delegates is fast approaching—this is your early bird reminder to secure your accommodations!

While registration for HOD doesn’t open until July 15, 2025, PAMED has reserved a block of rooms at The Hershey Lodge for October 17–19, 2025.

A limited number of rooms are available, so we encourage you to book early to guarantee your stay.

Reservations are first come, first served and cannot be guaranteed after registration closes on Thursday, August 28.

Please note: If you are unable to stay over Saturday, you must check out of your room PRIOR to the start of HOD Business (9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025). Bags can be taken to your car in the morning (or they can be stored at the hotel front desk if staying at the Hershey Lodge).

For guests staying over Saturday night, check out is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday at the Hershey Lodge.
