Lynn Lucas-Fehm, MD, JD
175th President

As PAMED’s 175th President, I am committed to supporting physicians in navigating today’s evolving health care landscape, with a focus on practice choices and the growing influence of private equity in health care.

As a third-generation physician, I’ve seen how medicine has transformed over the years. It’s crucial to share insights and experiences to help fellow physicians across Pennsylvania make informed decisions, whether they’re joining a health system, remaining independent, or exploring new care models.

Here, you’ll find educational initiatives on practice models and private equity’s impact, advocacy efforts to protect physician autonomy, and resources designed to guide practice decisions.

Together, we can uphold the integrity of our profession and prioritize patient-centered care for a strong, unified future.
