Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund; Notice of and Amount of Assessment Action; Notice 2023-15

The Insurance Department notifies all basic insurance coverage insurers and self-insured participating health care providers that the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund annual assessment to be levied for calendar year 2024 shall be 26% applied to the prevailing primary premium for each participating health care provider.
