First Mobile Vaccination Unit Hits the Road to Vaccinate and Educate Underserved Communities

Last Updated: Apr 14, 2021

It was recently announced that Community-Accessible Testing & Education (CATE), Pennsylvania’s first mobile vaccination unit, will hit the road to bring COVID-19 vaccination and educational materials to underserved communities. About 120 vaccination events and 100 educational events will take place across Pennsylvania over the coming months, spanning 66 counties.

People can go to www.catemobileunit.com to pre-register. Not all stops will provide vaccinations, some stops are limited to providing educational resources only. There is no cost to be vaccinated and insurance is not required.

CATE is seeking health care providers who wish to volunteer. You can sign up through this form: https://catemobileunit.com/volunteer.

CATE was founded by the Latino Connection.
