   Will there be an oversight of the insurance companies which currrently does not exist making it difficult for patients to receive the proper care through the insurance companies layers of delay including denials long appeal processes etc?

   So, how does this bill change the fact that patients must pay out of pocket for tests and medications which the physician has ordered and the company refuses to cover? Can we get a complete copy of SB 225?
