Summary of Changes to Final Medical Marijuana Regulations

On March 4, 2023, the Department of Health (DOH) published the final form regulations to implement the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program, replacing the current temporary regulations with final regulations.

PAMED has developed two documents to assist physicians in identifying the changes between the temporary regulations and the final regulations for Chapters 1181a, 1191a, and 1141a.

• Summary of Changes to Final Medical Marijuana Regulations – the changes within each Section of Chapters 1181a, 1191a, and 1141a are summarized with only the changed language provided with the changes noted in red.
