Past President, David A. Talenti, MD , introduced servant leadership – as personal passion of his- as part of his presidential initiative. Servant leadership is a teaching concept for leaders to be servants first, not bosses, while giving practical application for your practice of medicine. Dr. Talenti served as PAMED’s 172nd president and has been engaged in various leadership roles with PAMED since 2012. He is a gastroenterologist practicing in Wayne County. .
