You know that your patients can’t thrive if they are weak.
Political action committees are no different.
Always known as “The muscle of PAMED,” your PAMPAC needs contributions, now more than ever, to increase its strength as it works to protect physician interests and strengthen medicine in the Commonwealth.
What is a political action committee?
A political action committee, otherwise known as a PAC, is an organization that pools contributions from members to donate towards candidates and influencing elections.
Why should I donate to PAMPAC?
PAMPAC is a separate entity from the Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED). Membership in PAMED does not equate to membership in the PAC.
PAMPAC members are PAMED members and their family members who are interested in making a positive contribution to the medical profession through the political process. PAMPAC supports pro-medicine candidates running for the Pennsylvania state legislature or a statewide office.
Ongoing and substantial contributions are what makes a strong PAC and what gives the PAC its muscle to shape and strengthen Pennsylvania medicine.
