    Official Call Posted

    July 15, 2025

    As written in the PAMED Bylaws: The Official Call shall include information to provide notice to the members of the Society of the business to be conducted at a meeting. If a meeting includes elections, the Official Call shall include the nominees known at that time, and such other information as deemed appropriate by the secretary.

    Candidates who wish to run from the floor may announce their candidacy at the Welcoming Business Session (virtual) on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

    Official Reports Book Posted

    August 13, 2025

    Complete resolutions, reports, and detailed HOD information will be posted to the HOD website on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Written Reference Committee testimony will open on this date, allowing all PAMED members to comment on 2025 HOD business.
