Bylaws Submission Deadline

If you have any questions about the process for submitting a proposed amendment, or wish to propose a change to the Bylaws, please contact HOD@pamedsoc.org and ask for assistance to assure that the intent of your change is properly recorded for full consideration by the 2025 House of Delegates. Your Speakers request amendments be submitted by Thursday, June 10, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. EST.

To run for a vacant position at the 2025 House of Delegates, you will need to submit your name and Biographical Sketch information to be included in the Official Call and for the PAMED Election Manual by Thursday, July 1, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. EDT through the Candidate Submission Portal.

Candidates who wish to run from the floor may announce their candidacy at the Welcoming Business Session (virtual) on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

Official Call Posted

As written in the PAMED Bylaws: The Official Call shall include information to provide notice to the members of the Society of the business to be conducted at a meeting. If a meeting includes elections, the Official Call shall include the nominees known at that time, and such other information as deemed appropriate by the secretary.

HOD - Virtual Opening Business Session and Oral Testimony

This required business session opens the 2025 House of Delegates. Business will include:
- Approving the 2025 Standing Rules
- Accepting nominations from the floor
- Accepting the 2025 House Business
Delegates will receive a customized login via Meeting Pulse to vote on business items, and all other members can view via the livestream which will be located on the HOD homepage.
Following this business session, all PAMED members are invited to provide your commentary on resolutions to PAMED colleagues and Reference Committee Members. Login to this separate meeting will be open to all members via zoom.
