We hope that attendees will elect to stay over Saturday night to attend the additional networking, social activities, and CME Sunday morning. However, please be advised that if you are unable to stay over Saturday, you must check out of their room PRIOR to the start of HOD Business (9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025). Bags can be taken to your car in the morning (or they can be stored at the hotel front desk if staying at the Hershey Lodge). For guests staying over Saturday night, check out is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday at the Hershey Lodge.

The Group Room rate is: $296.00 per room per night plus 11% taxes.
