As written in the PAMED Bylaws: The Official Call shall include information to provide notice to the members of the Society of the business to be conducted at a meeting. If a meeting includes elections, the Official Call shall include the nominees known
at that time, and such other information as deemed appropriate by the secretary.
Candidates who wish to run from the floor may announce their candidacy at the Welcoming Business Session (virtual) on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
