Who Can Vote in Leadership Position Elections?
If any elections are contested, delegates and ex-officios with the right to vote will vote for elected leadership positions on their phone, tablet, or laptop through PAMED’s e-voting system.

Candidates running for these positions must include a letter of endorsement from their specialty.
If you are a component/specialty/section wishing to submit a voluntary endorsement letter for a candidate, late endorsement letters may be submitted as a PDF to HOD@pamedsoc.org by September 12, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m. EDT.

Delegates will receive a customized login via Meeting Pulse to vote on business items, and all other members can view via the livestream which will be located on the HOD homepage.
Following this business session, all PAMED members are invited to provide your commentary on resolutions to PAMED colleagues and Reference Committee Members. Login to this separate meeting will be open to all members via zoom.
Times are all tentative, and members should follow HOD alerts for specific times. Written Reference Committee Testimony will close 30 minutes after the conclusion of Oral Reference Committee Testimony.
