Who Can Vote in Leadership Position Elections?
If any elections are contested, delegates and ex-officios with the right to vote will vote for elected leadership positions on their phone, tablet, or laptop through PAMED’s e-voting system.

Candidates running for these positions must include a letter of endorsement from their specialty.
If you are a component/specialty/section wishing to submit a voluntary endorsement letter for a candidate, late endorsement letters may be submitted as a PDF to HOD@pamedsoc.org by September 12, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m. EDT.

If you have any questions about the process for submitting a proposed amendment, or wish to propose a change to the Bylaws, please contact HOD@pamedsoc.org and ask for assistance to assure that the intent of your change is properly recorded for full consideration by the 2026 House of Delegates. Your Speakers request amendments be submitted by Thursday, June 17, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. EST.
Please note that any proposed Bylaws amendment must include the signatures of 15 active or associate members of PAMED.
