PAMED accredits organizations and institutions within the Commonwealth to provide AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ to physicians. Accreditation Forms
Providers seeking either initial accreditation or continued accreditation must submit a written self-study and evidence of activity planning using the documents below. All reaccreditation materials are submitted to PAMED’s office of CME through our online portal in a PDF format.
