Get Opioids CME and
Let Your Voice Be Heard!

We often hear that physicians are looking for a place to be heard - a place where their voice matters and positive change can be made for Pa. medicine. And, we know that physicians are looking for opioid CME to help meet licensure requirements.

Look no further!

Every member leaves with a toolkitFOR OUR VALUED MEMBERS: The Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) is hosting a free 2-hour opioid CME program, which will review how to appropriately and effectively manage patients suffering from chronic pain, followed by an hour listening session where you'll have the opportunity to tell PAMED trustee leadership what's on your mind.

The topics for the CME session on opioids will include: the tenets of chronic pain management, opioid therapy including managing acute pain and patient expectations and transition of acute pain management to chronic pain management, signs of addiction, and the utilization of non-opioid pharmacologic and alternative therapies.
