The Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (HCPLAN) is holding their 2023 Spring Series that will feature three virtual sessions designed to give your organization actionable insight to build effective partnerships, advance accountable care, and gain inspiration from stakeholders taking a locally focused approach to address the needs of their state’s population.

Registration for the second session, Primary Care’s Role in Advancing High-Quality, Accountable Care, on June 8, 2023 from 11AM–12:30PM is now open.  You will hear from CMS leadership on their vision for a resilient, person-centered health care system by strengthening primary care. There will also be a preview of the new, interactive Accountable Care Curve (ACC) and guidance on how you and your organization can move along the curve.
