Not mentioned is consideration of employer liability in the case of a claim under OSHA should the employee become ill or die after being forced to undergo the injection of an experimental drug. So you have no informed consent obtained and being forced under duress to be injected with an experimental product. Being forced to consent to an experiment (since the studies are still ongoing) is a human rights violation.
