CDC Expands Eligibility for COVID-19 Booster Vaccines

On Oct. 21, 2021, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved to expand the use of COVID-19 booster vaccines in certain populations.
For eligible individuals, the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 booster shot will be available at 6 months after the initial series and 2 months after the Johnson & Johnson initial vaccine.
