Jaan Sidorov, MD, MHSA, CEO of the Pennsylvania Medical Society's Care Centered Collaborative is presenting this free CME program on succeeding in clinically integrated networks (CINs). This event is sponsored by the Northampton County and Lehigh County Medical Societies.

CINs can help physicians work together to respond to value-based care. This model includes accountability for patient outcomes, which involves a level of risk assumption.

This one-hour, one-credit CME will help participants better understand the benefits and accountability involved in CIN participation. It will provide a comprehensive review of how risk can be measured, transferred, and monetized to support value-based care. Key capabilities such as population health management and team-based care management will also be examined.

The course is open to both physicians and practice administrators. CEU credit is available to practice administrators.

Following the CME program, there will be a brief presentation on the Collaborative's new CIN for independent practices.

RSVP to Cindy Fisher, director of partnerships at cfisher@patientccc.com or 610-360-3719 by Nov. 21.
