Care Centered Collaborative

  • Stop by our exhibit table: Learn first-hand about our initiatives intended to aid Pennsylvania physicians with successfully participating in value-based care.

  • Join our lunch and learn on Friday, Oct. 13, from 1-2 p.m. The Collaborative staff and board will be on hand to provide an update to members and answer any questions. Want help with your MIPS reporting? We can readily assist Pennsylvania physicians with the required reporting. Physicians' reporting in 2017 will determine if they get hit with a 4 percent penalty in 2019, or position themselves for a potential incentive payment.

  • Don't miss our CME session "Embracing Patient Care Data to Improve Outcomes and Your Bottom Line" on Friday, Oct. 13, from 8-9 a.m., presented by Jaan Sidorov, MD, CEO. This session will use small group discussions and case studies incorporating data from public health records, claims, registries, prescribing practices, or EHRs to teach about health informatics and using the data to improve the quality and safety of care.

  • International Medical Graduates: At your section's dinner meeting on Friday, Oct. 13. Dr. Sidorov will review our new services. He will also provide an updated overview of MACRA reporting, compare and contrast the methodologies available to report MIPS data with a special emphasis on EHR vs. Registry reporting, as well as provide further background on the Quality reporting options.
