Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Program is on track for implementation in early 2018. Pa. Department of Health (DOH) Acting Secretary Rachel Levine, MD, shared this announcement — along with other updates concerning the state's Medical Marijuana Program — in a recent letter to physicians.
Dr. Levine's letter includes information on the steps physicians can take to register if they wish to become a registered practitioner in the program. Physician participation is voluntary and involves these steps:
