2026 Resolutions & Reference Committee Reports


Resolutions and written reference committee testimony will be available on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

You must be logged in as a PAMED Member to read any of the resolutions below or to enter any written comments, which will serve as official testimony and will be considered by the members of the 2026 HOD Reference Committee or the Bylaws Committee in producing their reports.

Please note that the deadline for a late resolution is Thursday, September 10, 2026. Any resolution submitted after that date until the House convenes will be deemed an emergency resolution. Please see page 19 of the for procedural details concerning late or emergency resolutions.
