Jan Reisinger, Executive Director
Jan Reisinger serves as the Director for the Association Management Services Department as well as the Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Medical Society Alliance (PMSA). Jan works with the leadership and Board of Directors. Jan holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a master’s degree in business administration, both degrees from Eastern University, St. Davids, Pa. Jan has worked her entire career in the health care arena and has been employed with the Pennsylvania Medical Society since December 1999.

Jeff Wirick, Assistant Executive
Jeff Wirick manages the Alliance’s portion of the PAMED website, edits/coordinates production of the Alliance’s quarterly e-newsletter, Lifeline, and assists members of the Alliance’s Membership and Technology committees. A native of Mechanicsburg, Pa., Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Elon (N.C.) University and a master’s degree in communications from Shippensburg University. Jeff spent 10 years as a reporter/editor for two newspapers in North Carolina prior to joining the PAMED staff in June 2009.

Nancy Miller, Meeting Manager
Nancy Miller was born, raised, and still resides in the farming country of Upper Dauphin County. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Nancy spent the first 13 years of her career serving in various education, training, and meeting planning positions with a major Pennsylvania trade association. Prior to joining PAMED, she has spent the last 10 years working in the insurance industry for a large Central Pennsylvania health insurer. Nancy handles the hotel/facility arrangements and registration management of the Alliance’s spring Confluence and fall Convention.

Kelley Richwine, Administrative Secretary
Kelley Richwine was born and raised in the suburbs of Harrisburg and has spent the majority of her life in Pennsylvania. She has also lived in Maryland and Tucson, Ariz. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in behavioral sciences. If she could turn back the clock, she would most likely work as a criminal profiler for law enforcement. Prior to joining the Alliance, Kelley worked for more than nine years at Penn State Harrisburg in several support positions.
