Seminars to Address Workers' Compensation Billing and Payment
The Bureau of Workers' Compensation will host training seminars in fall 2008 to help providers better understand workers' compensation billing and payment processes and the workers’ comp fee schedule.
Provider training seminars will be held Sept. 30 and Oct. 2, 7, and 9, 2008. These sessions are designed to help medical providers bill correctly, document charges, and understand payment and denial issues. Attendees will also learn how to use the fee review process and gain an overall understanding of workers’ comp and its function.
The seminar costs $30. Registration is due by Aug. 29.
