Governor’s ‘Prescription for Pennsylvania’ Proposed for Introduction as HB 700

After months of publicity, Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell ‘Prescription for Pennsylvania’ was quietly proposed for introduction Monday afternoon in part as House Bill 700.

HB 700, introduced by state Rep. Todd Eachus, D-Luzerne, has not been assigned to any house committee as of the time of this media statement. In addition, at this time, the bill has not been posted publicly on the state’s bill finder website.
