Physicians Across PA Will Visit Legislators’ Local Offices on June 5 or 6 to Address Mcare
Join your colleagues—You are the answer to the Mcare crisis
Last week, the Pennsylvania Medical Society called on all members to use their power as citizens to make a difference by visiting their legislators while they’re in their home offices on June 5 or 6.
Physicians across the state are setting up meetings with their legislators to urge them to do the right thing—resolve the Mcare problem by extending Mcare abatement, funding Mcare phase-out, and providing health insurance coverage for the uninsured.
What you need to do:
- Find your legislators’ local offices and contact information on Capwiz.
- Call today to schedule meetings with your senators and representatives for June 5 or 6.
- Let the Society know who and when you’re visiting so we can coordinate visits for the most impact. Call your county society, then complete the online form below and email it to stat@pamedsoc.org or fax it back to (717) 558-7840.
